Your TENS machine will arrive 3 weeks prior to your due date, this is because some babies decide to come early. You keep the TENS machine until 4 weeks after your baby’s official due date, or you can extend the normal return date by adding extra hire weeks above. At the end of hire period simply return the Tens to us with the Freepost label supplied.
Q. When do you send the Hired TENS unit?
We send your tens 3 weeks & 2 Days before your due date, the 2 days is to allow for the delivery. (You supply your baby's due date above) If your Due Date is less than 3 weeks away your order will be posted the (working) day your order is received. (if ordered before 11am Mon to Fri)
Q. Is There a Faster Service?
Yes - If your due date is less than 3 weeks away, this is a must. UK residents can order Next Working Day Delivery via Special Delivery as long as your order is placed before 11am between Monday and Friday. (This service does not include weekends. Tens Units ordered on a Friday will arrive on Monday. Units ordered on Saturday or Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.)
Please Note: If you are having your baby in hospital or at home, you will be advised to hire a Maternity Tens Machine, the NHS does not supply them free of charge as you might expect! Be prepared and hire now.
